Came out right away. Did what was promised. Had a nasty stain and really worked hard on it. I think it is gone. I am going to be out of town during the 30 days guarantee time period and you willingly extended my 30 days to report a problem with my stain until I got home.

Excellent customer service and offered an active duty military discount! Called two days after carpets were cleaned due to an unusual odor and they PROMPTLY sent out another carpet technician to address our concerns and remedied the issue!
