I was very impressed with the set-up before cleaning in regard to pre-treating stains and putting guards up so there was not damage to walls from the hose. i also was very happy with the Derek. He took his time to make sure I was satisfied with the results.

Dustin was very professional and worked very hard at attacking a few tough stains I had in my carpet. My 15 year old carpet looked really good after it was cleaned and I know I can get more years out of it and have it look good at the same time!
