He suggested I consider also cleaning the tile grout in my front and lower entry and upper bath, and the additional charge was very reasonable, so I agreed. The result was amazing! I love that you don't feel like your house has been fumigated! I love the citrus scent. I also like that you cab walk on it so quickly after its been cleaned. I was however disappointed by my ceramic tile clean this time. The last time I had it done, I feel like it looked brand new. This time it was very spotty like some areas had been cleaned and some not.

I appreciate how you do what you say (i.e. we will call you ahead of our arrival) and how you take great care to protect my home (corner guards, foot covers, door device to keep out cold air.)
