My professional did an outstanding job. My only issue is with your process. I realize that you need a window but handcuffing me without any notice until I call you is not right. I spent over $300 with you and you néed to realize my time is valuable also. Your rep works long hours and also deserves to have someone manage this from the inside. I wasted 3 plus hours waiting. If my window is 3 hours at least you could have told me I was your last appt. of the day. The rep finished at 6:15 and did a great job. In the future work to enhance your customers experience.
