I was very pleased with the results.....carpet was very clean. Cleaning time was very short much to my surprise but still with good results. Drying time was within 24 hours which was good.
The associate that came to a our home was extremely professional...very much appreciated his knowledge and approach and was respectful of my time when I let him know that I had a conference call to attend to at a certain time.
