The appointment notification process is helpful in allowing enough time to prepare for the cleaning with calls 48 hours and 15 minutes in advance of my appointment. Receiving a call advising me my appointment could be moved to an earlier time was very great. The cleaner explained the process to me, he was very friendly, and he completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. Even though I am most satisfied with Zerorez, I do not give permission for my comments or name to be used in any promotional material.
