It's your communication and friendly service. Email updates, personable customer service reps and professional technicians all make it a pleasure doing business with you. One thing I would suggest, however....once on-site, it would be nice if you would offer discounts to clean more things. Your technician noticed other areas that should be cleaned but it was going to double the cost of our service. Since you are already in my home, and it wouldn't take the technician much effort to do other things, it would be beneficial to discount your prices so I am more apt to take advantage of them...

I scheduled an appointment to have tile and grout cleaned. The Zerorez employee was very detailed and asked several times if I had questions. Although the grout cleaning did not meet my expectations the employee provided honest feedback.

Marcel was prompt (even a tad early, which I appreciated), professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done, started promptly and efficiently, worked hard and finished quickly. This was the second time we had Marcel as our tech. I can't imagine all of your techs to be as good as he is/was but you must have some great techs if they are!

The products actually did what the guy said they would do. The guy was awesome that came here.

Eric came to our house and was AWESOME. Took time to explain the process, let us ask questions, he mentioned things he noticed, and he was very nice/professional.

Simply put, it works! My carpet was a disgusting mess from traffic, foster dogs that weren't fully housebroken, and who knows what else. When he was done, the carpet looked almost like it did when we moved in.
