I've had Zerorez clean our carpets for years. Donald James did an outstanding job. The best work of any cleaning professional yet. Donald really went out of his way to clean some challenging stains and was very professional and helpful.

We were very impressed with our carpet technician, Ryan. This was our first time having our carpets cleaned. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained our carpet and the cleaning process so we understood what was happening which helped us make informed choices. Our carpets turned out great. He even was able to get out a couple spots that we thought were permanent. We plan on using Zerorez again and feel comfortable recommending them to other people who need their carpets cleaned.

Quality cleaning by a professional. Dustin told me he had been with the company for 5 years and it showed, knowledgeable, efficient and very thorough. Also customer service from appointment making to follow up confirmation, very well trained staff.

The technician, Joe Johnson, was extremely thorough, courteous, and hard-working. He did an excellent job on our duct cleaning and clearly took pride in doing an excellent job.
