I am a return customer because Zerorez does an awesome job with the duct & carpet cleaning. However, in the past, I was able to get two rooms & the stairs cleaned for the coupon/promotional price of $139. This time, I was nickeled & dimed to death and my final bill was $250. Wow! We did show our disappointment & the tech did knock off $25. Obviously, the Company practices must have changed since my last appointment 1 year ago and the "up sale" approach is now in effect. I will still recommend Zerorez, but not without a warning to be aware of the extra charges that will be added to the final bill.

I love everything about zeroes. Every thong from the person who took our call to the young man who came to do the work. He made sure I knew what he would be doing and why. He did a great job and was done in good time. Gave me instructions as to making sure it would dry in good time.

Everything! Always love how clean my carpets are & smell so good! This is the first time I have used Zerorez for Duct & Furnace cleaning, all I can say is amazing! We moved into this house 6 mos.ago, My wonderful technician found so much crap, pens, pencils, playing cards, balls, you name it, he found it, even cigarette Butts!

The technician was excellent, very informative, and did a great job. In your advertising for $139 for 3 rooms, you should say that closets are not included and there's a charge for the water disposal.
