I had both my carpets and ducts cleaned. Both guys did a great job. I had a coffee stain on my carpet I could not get out and it is gone now. The duct cleaning was amazing. I had paid someone around 5 years years ago to clean my ducts so I did not think they would be in very bad shape but when the zerorez guy stuck the camera down the vents I was amazed to see there was still chunks of drywall and piles of dust from the original construction of my home in 2004. Which I specifically told the previous guy that drywall dust was my concern as my home was always dusty. Zerorez did an amazing job. The guy showed me what it looked like when he started and when he was done and it looked spotless. Both guys did a great job my carpet has renewed life and my house is finally almost dust free. Thanks so much.

The products are healthy for children and animals (I have a dog and 2 grandchildren). The service is excellent. Mark was patient with my questions and made suggestions and explained everything he planned on doing. I was impressed with his knowledge of my carpet and trusted his recommendations. Today the carpet looks beautiful and immaculate (looks almost new and it's over 25 years old). I'm very pleased and will continue to use zerorez.
