Mike was absolutely the best carpet technician I've met. Told me how often to vacuum and what not to use on the carpet. He was a great guy to meet and taught me a few things as well.

Professionalism, explain everything. Offer to do my Sofa when they were here because I was planning on having that done but I would have to take another day off work, now I don't.
Carpet looks great! Sofa feels so clean. Carpet 13 yrs old but only me here. Sofa over20 yrs but only me and my mom sat on it. New to my mom, she gave to me in 99. Looks brand new I think. Dave and Kaylee were great, answered all my questions. Thank you.
