Everyone that I dealt with was very polite and professional. I was considering replacing the carpet because of the off-color and smell, but after it was cleaned by Zerorez I decided that replacement was not necessary.

Nick, the technician who did our carpets was very nice and very knowledgeable. We were very happy with how our carpets turned out. I would like to make a recommendation though. We received a call about 48 hours before our appointment and the caller ID was suspect to me so I did not answer it. The gentleman left a voicemail but the phone number came up Phone number removed Minneapolis, MN. As I said, this phone looked like a solicitation so I did not answer it.
