After having my carpets cleaned extremely well by the professionals at Zerorez, my apartment complex decided to try and charge me for "Devaluation". I called Zerorez simply to get the notes the technician took so that I would have them in case the matter went to court, but Dennis from Zerorez absolutely went the extra mile. He informed me of their 30 day satisfaction guarantee, and worked with myself and the apartment complex to come back and re-assess the carpet and take care of any issues. After the technician John re-evaluated the carpet, it was simply normal wear and tear the apartment was attempting to charge me for!
TL;DR, Zerorez goes the extra mile and they actually do care about their customers and take pride in their work. I will be using Zerorez exclusively from now on. Thanks!
