Joe was fabulous. He even gave me booties to wear when he was cleaning so I could move about the house. The carpet looks the best it ever has after a cleaning and he was eager to do the job and then some to make sure I was happy. Not sure how he did it all himself with set up, fans, trips up two flights of stairs, moving furniture, pre-spotting, etc. etc. Very pleased with Zerorez and will have you back requesting Joe. I have been using Zerorez for several years now, there's never a strong chemical smell after the cleaning and dry time of the carpet is relatively quick. Joe was very friendly and handled his job in a professional manner. He even tried to clean some spots twice but unfortunately wasn't able to remove them. He then informed me the spots were imbedded in the padding and this would be another service and additional money I would be charged to remove these. I wasn't to happy to hear that since I believe your advertisement says spots will be removed. Other than the spots not being removed the carpets and recliners look very nice and clean. I also was not very happy to be informed since I was out of your area I would have to have a minimum of $314. Please know that Joe really represented your company greatly.

The service was A+ or 10+ however you would like to rate. The gentleman was courteous, prompt efficent and extremely mitaculous at getting every bit of soil out of the carpets that was possible.
He was truly a wonderful representation of your company and all that you stand for!
