Non toxic cleaning

Service is great! Second time we have had great service. Joshua did a very good job was kind and courteous. This is the first time of using stink out product. I'm hopeful it will help. We have one problem area in the house with pet issues and I think we addressed it pretty good.

Availability, and knowledgeable staff

Zerorez was recommended to me by a c0 - worker who was very excited by her results. I thought wow she's a little excited about carpet cleaning..... But I set up for a cleaning of my heavily traveled areas of a carpet that hadn't been professionally clean in 10 years. I wasn't looking for miracles but I was impressed! The cleaning was great I really am impressed. so much so I've set up for a Duct Cleaning. Also the guys who came out were also great. They knew the products and most importantly to me they weren't creepy. No one wants anyone working in there home that make you uncomfortable. Great work!

Our carpet was really bad in our new home. No one had lived there for a few years. No idea what was on the carpet. I used my Bissell and even got on my hands and knees to scrub. I tried a few cleaners and nothing helped. Now the carpet looks like new. Even my husband that never gets excited was amazed how clean it is now.

ARRIVED ON TIME. EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING. PREPARED THE AREA. DID A THOROUGH JOB. MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED BEFORE HE LEFT. ASSURED US IF WE WEREN'T HAPPY IN 30 DAYS TO CALL THE COMPANY. WE ARE ANXIOUS TO SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE TODAY. IT HAS BEEN 24 HOURS SINCE THE CLEANING WAS COMPLETED.

Dylan did a thorough job. He looked over the carpet and stains and we agreed to a price. It came out looking great and best part is...no residue, green clean!
