They come on time, clean my carpet nicely, and are not pushy salesmen. Carpet looked great and the worker, Chris, was well informed and gave good info on vacuuming and when to put furniture back. Also gave me the "paper towel" test to make sure carpet was dry. Very satisfied.

I felt the technician was really good and very professional. He seemed genuinely concerned about doing a good job and wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. The product worked well and I was very happy that the drying period was so quick. I had the work done on Saturday and I thought it would be Monday before I could put the furniture back, but late Saturday and Sunday morning we were able to put things back together. No residue and no artificial smell - just clean. Thanks.
