Was great with the animals. and when she was done, walked every room with me and asked if there was anything that I wanted touched up. There was a problem with the first cleaning. Derek had no hesitation scheduling the second cleanup as promised in your selling materials, and I never sensed any reluctance from you to keep your commitment. This made a huge difference.
Chris was the technician who did the work both times. On the second visit he explained everything he was doing, he did it so very thoroughly, and showed me how he came to his diagnosis of the problem in the rug, which only came to light on the second visit. I was impressed by this thoroughness and the spirit in which it was all done.

We really appreciated the care and expertise of our service technician. Nick did an excellent job walking us through the benefits of each option and demonstrated high levels of professionalism and dedication to the finished product. He put service and quality first.

We also had to reschedule several times due to changes with our carpet install contractor. Zerorez was incredibly flexible and patient with the changes and still able to deliver by our deadline. Very much appreciated!!
