The representative was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The carpets look great and some very bad spots were removed. The carpets were dry before bed time - the job was completed by 1 pm. A couple of the stairs were a bit damp yet.

We had Zerorez out to the house to clean our duct work system and our carpet on June 21st, 2016.
Rob (the duct work guy)and Antonio (the carpet guy) both got there on time, were very polite and knowalable about their jobs
and completed the work done in a timely manor.
I have been referring people to Zerorez for 3 years now to people who need their duct work done. My wife, Pat, and I own a chimney cleaning company
Called Jimney Sweeps Inc and we get asked almost daily who we recommend for furnace cleaning. The answer is always Zerorez.
