Service men were very professional and knowledgeable. The gentleman explained his procedures and product. Had one very bad spot that he worked very hard on. He said to let Zerorez know if it showed up after drying. Some of it did show up after drying. Called Zerorez and they cam back and tried a different procedure which did work at no cost. Thank you. Looks great

Very courteous and friendly service. Steve did a great job cleaning out carriers in a very timely manner. The carpets look great. Even with the heat snd humidity they dried with the help of fans and sir conditioning left on according to Steve's recommendation.

The service from start to finish was great. A live person answered the phone, answered our questions and we were scheduled promptly and on the day of service, we were updated on time of arrival, so I could plan my day. We had our tile kitchen and bathroom floor cleaned and it looks fabulous. I also appreciated that Rob protected our furniture from the cords and hoses. Took about an hour. Thanks for making our floor look just about new!

The Company, service reps are outstanding in MY BOOK! Since I first heard you on KTIS, the greatest Christian station in the TWIN CITIES I have engaged your services yearly. Honest and forthright about every part of your service. Your Staff is always uplifting, helpful & GREAT at what they do. I have recommended you to my Neighbors, Friends, Church Members and Many of my daily/weekly contacts. When STEVE came here on Tuesday; (brand new to me), since Valentine is NO longer working who I just was TOTALLY into his commitment, I just knew that STEVE was going to be just as GREAT; and of course he was very admirable, honest, helpful & talkative about his JOB! He shared with me also, when I told him my stain I had by Cold Frappucino in a spot 2 years ago, I immediately tryed cleaning it with Cold WATER immediately as my Mother had told us, and STEVE gave me another quick point about (Water/Vinegar)! Please keep him as long as possible yearly cleaning our home, which now is 17 years OLD, but ZEROREZ makes my Carpet still look brand NEW! ZEROREZ truly performs/speaks the truth! What do you like about our products and services?

Dominic was great! He did a complete walk through of our house and honestly told us where to spend our limited budget. He worked hard and got all the old "pet stains" out of the large bedroom plus the odor. We are thrilled with our "new carpet" and give Dominic an A+ for hard work, intelligence and being a great Zerorez representative!
