Good instructions, both verbal and via e-mail. Individual who cleaned our rug and couch was knowledgeable about options, prices, everything. It was apparent that he was experienced. He was personable, friendly, polite, asked for my input and feedback. I will recommend you to others and use you again in the future. He arrived within the 3 hour time frame that was given to me.

My one suggestion has to do with the fact that I had planned to have the dining room rug cleaned. I set this up with the individual I talked with to set up the appointment. When your employee came, he explained that cleaning an area rug on a hardwood floor could damage the hardwood floor. You had not asked about that when I set up the appointment. So I did not get the dining room rug cleaned. I will take it someplace for that service.
