Your technician Kayle Witzman was a true professional. There were technical issues with the cleaning van that were out of her control but she explained the situation and stayed positive the whole time. The cleaning was exceptional, the service was exceptional. I used to work in the cleaning industry and didn't think anyone could clean nearly as well as I could clean, at least in my prime, but this was right up there. If I could give her an 11/10 I would. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to a friend, a relative, a co worker, I'd even reccomend Zerorez to an enemy or old rival in an attempt to patch up a shaky relationship. I am enthralled with my experience and can not speak highly enough of the quality of service and quality of technician.
I like that I don't have to worry about residues being left in the carpet as we have pets. Also, the service was great. The person that came to our house was very knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain about different stains and gave us plenty of time to check his work, which was very good.

The cleaning was done well and the worker was very flexible about getting the keys of the unit from the management office.
Only complaint is that he left the hardwood floor dirty from walking from the wet carpets and left s bit of a mess in the kitchen sink.
