Dustin went out of his way to help explain the different parts of my furnace and air exchange system so that I felt comfortable with what he was doing and how to care for it moving forward. They all sold me on the additional products you had, but were in no way pushy.

From my first call to inquire through to the completion of the job, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and obviously cared about doing a great job. They went the extra mile to be sure I understood everything as we walked around my house before they even started and they took care to review everything to make sure nothing was missed. My carpet has never looked so good! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others and use them again.

I love the fact that the carpets look new again and even the very tough stains are gone, not just hidden. Our house did not smell like chemicals when they were done. The two gentlemen who came to do the cleaning were very professional and explained everything. One of them was training the other one and did a great job of showing the guy how to do things and offered positive comments before letting him know what he could do to make things go faster or better.
