Every room was done perfectly. I was also pleased on how clean my carpet became. Also they cleaned more area
of my carpet then I even expected. They took it upon themselves to go beyond what is expected.

The cleaning of our air ducts was very thorough and exceptionally done. Our tech, Matt, was very prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. It was out first time using Zerorez. Even making the appointment was very convenient and the customer service rep was very helpful and accommodating.

The service today by Alex Davis was supurb!!!Alerted us to the time of arrival. Very friendly and answered all our questions . Very neat, fast and careful and careful with our house and belongings.We appreciated that. Would highly recommend him to anyone and plan to ask for him the next time we have our upper level done which will be soon.
