I was most impressed that after I wasn't totally satisfied the first time, you insisted on coming back and seeing if you could do better. The technician drove two hours on terrible roads to get here, and took his time looking at the stains, and trying a few different things to improve the appearance. It looks better, and I appreciate the effort.

was very friendly, helpful and even taught me how to vacuum. i lowered the vacuum to low thinking it would really get all the dirt out but it was damaging the fibers. He explained all the processes that he went through to clean our carpet

The entire process from making the appointment to the service being rendered is very easy. The staff does a fantastic job of communicating the estimated arrival time, and what your bill is expected to be. There are no surprises, which is great. This is the second time we have used Zerorez, and once again we are pleased with the service.
