This was our first experience with using ZEROREZ for our carpet cleaning and it was an excellent one. First off, our service representative Derek Howe was punctual, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a great job. I like the idea of not using soaps to clean the carpeting. I also thank him for his honesty and good value that he forwarded to us. Because of this wonderful first experience, we definitely will use ZEROREZ in the future. One of my co-workers had ZEROREZ clean their carpeting and he also praised your work and because of that, he had his duct work cleaned in a follow up appointment.
