Mike was very good. I really appreciated the explanations and the time he took to get things correct. I can certainly tell the difference in air flow and dust in the house. Mike was going to share some information with me on my REMI air purifier, the element is bad and I need to replace it. Can you assist. You guys will also be out to do my carpets this weekend !!!!!

The service was good, however we had a dog urine spot treated and it still smells like urine, the cleaning didn't seem to do anything to remove any of the odor at all.

Technician that came out to our house was very knowledgeable, courteous, he was on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets before the close of our townhome. The buyers were also very impressed with how clean the carpets were. Thank you! We will be back.

My carpet didn't feel crunchy or stiff afterwards, and my house wasn't left with a shampoo/cleaning agent odor. Instead, it just looked clean, felt soft, and smelled like nothing (in a good way!).

They showed up on time. He explained what he was going to do and he asked good questions. He listened to me and tried to resolve issues with a couple of different stains we had. He wore shoe covers on his shoes. He did a good job and it did not take all day.
