Smells clean

I was very impressed with Joshua Peoples. The main reason for the cleaning was cat urine in the carpet. He got down on his knees & put his nose to the carpet to find the urine spots. After the cleaning, he did that again & showed me where the odor wasn't quite out. I elected to not have him treat that area again as I could not smell it. Now that the carpet is dry, there's still no odor & the carpet looks great.

The service men were friendly and efficient. They also did not try to sell me things I did not need. They did a great job and were very conscientious of my home.

The young men that work for Zerorez did amazing job on my parent's carpets, they were on time and very were informative about what they were doing. Any questions that I had were answered with no problems. The carpets had dog urine on them and were cleaned without any problems. They got the carpets cleaned and we are very pleased with the job they did.
