Zerorez far exceeded my expectations for how clean my old carpeting could look, even in the high traffic areas. It looked like new. I was amazed. I had used a different service several years ago, and was not impressed with how the carpet looked when they were done. Zerorez removed old dirt right before my eyes. The technicians, Isaac and Dave, were friendly, arrived early (with my permission), explained everything well, and were extremely helpful in all regards. Thanks for a great product.
