Leading up to the day of service we recieved nothing but friendly and attentive staff who assisted us in a last minute appt change and answered our questions with confidence. Our technician was so experienced and knowledgeable that he was able to point out water damage in our basement so we could work with the previous owners to get it replaced. He went abovr and beyond to ensure we were happy with our results. We will definitely be using zerorez in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

This is the third time I had zerorez to clean my carpets the first time went very well however the second time not quite as well. I was a little concerned to go ahead for the third time. When Rick came I explained that the last time the carpets were cleaned I had a terrible damp pet ordor that was worst than before they were cleaned, Rick explained a possible reason why and went over what he would recommend. I did spend more than I expected to that is the only thing I was concerned with due to so much advertisement on low cost however by added the deodorizer did make a big difference. I also felt Rick spent time needed to do a great job did.not rush through the job and went over and beyond to make sure I was going to be happy with the completed work. I would recommend Rick to my friends and family for sure. Sorry on delay no intranet for over a week.
