The technician was polite, thorough, and respectful. Did a nice job cleaning the carpet. One suggestion, I personally would like to know what is not included in the quoted price when making the appointment. I was surprised that I had to pay extra per room for the protectant. $30 per room seems high, especially since one room had very little area to cover. But all in all a good experience.

Your people were amazing!! Reed did our duct cleaning and Chris and Dave did our carpets. Everything was explained in great detail before they started. Reed gave me information that I never knew about upkeep on ducts and expressed how much he loved working with the company and his great co-workers. Chris is a great sales person and he and Dave did an excellent job on getting our carpets cleaned. All were very polite and personable, and went out of their way to thank us for our business. After 20 years in retail management, and another 20 in service oriented businesses, I was super impressed!! Our results were excellent and we will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you!!
