This is the second time I've used your services to clean carpets. The results are spectacular; your technicians are friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products they are using. The empowered water cleaning is a great benefit so that no soapy residue is left behind. I have a dog and the products work great when she leave her little surprises (which are more my fault than hers).
Right now, I would be extremely likely to recommend Zerorez Oriental/Persian rug cleaning service. I've had two approx. 5 X 7 rugs cleaned recently and both came back looking beautiful, colors popping, and with no odors.
I appreciate that Eric took time to lay out the rugs and discuss my concerns before I left the shop. I also appreciate that he recommended the odor-removing extra for the first rug, but noted that the second would most likely be fine without it (and it was).
