The use of a special designed vacuum unit was impressive. Bringing that unit into the furnace room rather than pulling the “stuff” from the vents thru a long vacuum tube into a truck in the driveway is the way perform vent cleaning services.

I felt that the team wanted to do a good job cleaning the carpet and explained the process quite well. Thus the 9. I did have some bad stains on the carpet from the dog and that pushed the price up substantially mainly for the chemicals which I thought were over priced.

Even though the team worked vigorously on one stain, unfortunately the stain is lighter but is still there. They said they will come back if not totally satisfied. I will call Monday.

The person who cleaned our carpets was thorough, knowledgable, courteous and very personable ! We will us your services again and will recommend to you others.
