The service man was excellent. He worked very efficiently and didn't interrupt the flow of activity in the house while he worked. He was very pleasant and happy to accommodate to our needs. I would be happy to have him serve us again. The carpets had some deep staining, but the cleaning did the job and now the carpet looks great. Dried relatively quickly.
