I appreciate that there are no chemicals used with the service. I have always had great customer service from both the office and work staff. Every technician that has come to my home has explained all procedures up front and performs the work efficiently and effectively. We will continue to use Zeroez for all of carpet cleaning needs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable tech. Took before and after pic's and then let us view them. As nasty as it was to see what was all inside the air ducts, it was great to see the after pic's. It just proved what a great idea it was to have the Zerorez come do the cleaning. Your tech also provided us with info regarding ways to keep the air clean in our house. Great customer service!

What do you like about our products and services?

This was my mom's home where the carpets were done yesterday. I'm her daughter Judy who was there for the cleaning, my mom doesn't use a computer, so I said I'd take the survey. I've heard advertisements on WCCO, for your service, but I didn't know anyone who had used it, and I liked the fact that you move some of the furniture (my mom's 86), and Steven was very through on explaining everything that was going to happen, a very personable young man and he made us feel comfortable and that we could ask him anything. The carpet in all the rooms looked beautiful, and he was finished in under the time he quoted us!
