I was impressed with care that was taken not to get our first floor carpet walked on or wet by the hose. I also appreciated the professionalism of the service; prompt and courteous. It was very hot and humid out however the door cover worked well and I didn't feel the hot air come into our house. Our 2nd floor carpet is over 15 years old and there were some spots I didn't think would come out but they did! Overall a successful experience.

Service men were very professional and knowledgeable. The gentleman explained his procedures and product. Had one very bad spot that he worked very hard on. He said to let Zerorez know if it showed up after drying. Some of it did show up after drying. Called Zerorez and they cam back and tried a different procedure which did work at no cost. Thank you. Very courteous and friendly service. Steve did a great job cleaning out carriers in a very timely manner. The carpets look great. Even with the heat snd humidity they dried with the help of fans and sir conditioning left on according to Steve's recommendation.
Employee Chris showed up on time, walked through the pricing and then the process itself. He then went to work and did a great job. After he was done we again went over what was done and the billing. Chris was prompt, respectful and hard working and the carpet looks really good. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
