ON THE OTHER HAND, I am not at all happy with Dennis, the person that scheduled my cleaning time. I asked, if possible, to be the first person of the day, or at the very least, in the morning. He stated that it would probably work out depending on what other calls there were for that day. He also stated that technicians usually start out farthest away. I received a call two days before stating that my time frame for arrival was between 10am and 1pm. Again, considering my request, I'm thinking mid morning. I called at 11am to see what my time was looking like. I was told that the first cleaning of the day was running long and Chris should be along any time...by noon at the latest. (The customer service words, not mine.) I called at noon. Should be on his was shortly. I asked where Chris was coming from...LAKEVILLE. Clearly, I could have been his first call of the day. When I mentioned this to customer service they said that there was NO NOTATION made by Dennis on my work order. I understand that there are no guaranteed times but he didn't even bother to write down my possible request so that, again if possible, I could be scheduled first. Chris had a big job to do and was here until about 2:45pm. Needless to say, I'm a bit frustrated by the work order/scheduling and will think twice before calling your company again. Even though Chris did a wonderful job, the waiting and calling and delays just aren't worth the frustration.
First time user of ZEROREZ: Because I was a first user, Jordon Thomas took time to explain how ZEROREZ works, how they bill and what to expect in the cleaning process. He was very professional and answered all questions that I had. He cleaned 4 rooms, 2 stairways and landings and 1 walk-in closet.
He did and outstanding job. I highly recommend ZEROREZ.

The technician arrived on time and seemed to be competent. He did a walk-around before starting so we agreed on the number of vents, as that was the basis for the services. Made some reasonable recommendations. He was efficient. He did miss cleaning the "top side" of one vent.

The service and product. I like that when you are done the carpet doesn't feel sticky! It feels clean. The reps have always been professional and explain what they are doing and why. They are not pushy about any other services or product. I also appreciate the email afterward about if we are not totally satisfied to contact the office. Thank you

It appears that your products do the job which is great. The service has been spectacular. I have talked to Josh several times asking questions and working with our schedules. He was so very kind and pleasant. Today, Kong Lee cleaned our carpet and he too was a very pleasant young man. Kong did an awesome job and gave us some good hints on how to keep our carpets in good condition. It was a pleasure working with both of these boys. Two weeks ago Ryan and Matt cleaned my daughter's carpet, they too were great. I will have to say ZEROREZ has some very good employees that think very highly of the owner and the company. It appears to me you have some very happy employees and I find that to be very important in the business world of today. Keep up the good work!
