Chris took time to answer all of my questions so that I fully understand the benefits of the products. The fact that only a trace amount of water is left on the carpet instead of harsh chemicals is key. The technician today was excellent. Carpets look brand new.
The results are most important to me. I told Caleb, the rep, that I had a couple big stains that I was concerned about and he took as much time as needed to explain how the carpet would be treated to remove the stains. He did it! And the product speaks for itself.
