We couldn't be more impressed with Zerorez! We are dairy farmers, and the carpets were DIRTY! The technician Cory was prompt, polite and professional. He looked over our carpets before he started. He explained the different treatments for dirt and stains, but there was no high pressure to buy them. He asked me to look and see how the carpet looked, if I wanted him to do a place over, etc. When he was finished he made sure we were satisfied,and he left without a trace We definitively are! The carpets look like new and spots that I thought would never come out are gone. This was our first time using Zerorez, but it won't be the last!

I like that you give me a half day window of time, then a couple days before the scheduled service, you narrow the window of time that the service will be done. The technician actually was able to come an hour earlier than scheduled, which happened to work out perfectly for us. The technician, James was very professional. He worked on the carpet quickly but thoroughly and was very pleasant. I will call Zerorez again, and will recommend Zerorez to friends. Thank you!

I can't really compare you to another carpet cleaning service because this is the first time for me having carpets cleaned. The technican, Mike, was very polite and did a great job despite having to take the equipment back to the office because it wouldn't work. Mike was able to return in an hour or so and do the job.
