Great job of carpet cleaning by competent and courteous techs.

Dustin was very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. My husband and I are excited about our lifetime filter for our furnace. We noticed right away how light the air around us felt. The air used to be thick before we got out air duct and vents cleaned.

The lady (Megan) that took my order was very pleasant and she thoroughly explained everything to me so there wouldn't be any surprises, she also sent me an email to confirm our conversation. Jaime was the person who cleaned my carpets, he was very professional and explained things to me as he was doing the job. I would certainly call on Zerorez again to clean my carpets.

The technician who came to our home was professional, polite and thorough. He fully explained the cleaning options that were available, and the pricing for the rooms we wanted cleaned. I felt comfortable having this individual in our home.
