Major marketing advice: your ads never explain "empowered water", which sounds ridiculously contrived and an insult to the intelligence of your potential customers.
I assume you use R/O filtered, ionized water, but that is purely guesswork on my part. Please explain

The technician knew and was able to get the cleaning hose up through a second floor balcony avoiding the chance of damaging 1st floor new carpeting and paint. I was informed in great detail the damage done by pets. The carpets look and smell great! I have to say the technician sent today was by far the best, most informed I have ever had and the friendliest yet professional. Thank you
