Very clean carpet.
Tim, our technician, was delightful and helpful in every way. We had badly soiled carpet on our landing, stairs and hallway and he worked over and above to get it clean and remove the stains. The stairs, landing, living room and dining room look great! The hallway looks better but there are still stains in the walk path that we wish could be removed.

I did not purchase any of your products, just a normal carpet cleaning. I liked you emailed a confirmation, & a preprep instructions. I was able to call late in the evening with a question concerning morning arrival. Your employee Cory, was very professional, covered our wood steps as not get damaged, explained all the extra cleaning options to me, did not push me when I declined them (that is very important to me) . Very friendly & polite.
