Everything...especially the eco friendly focus

We felt Dane and Dave were conscientious providing quality work because they cared and took pride in their job. Because they care and take pride they worked hard to clean our carpets and our sectional couch. It means a lot that both Dane and Dave cared about our home.

Your availability and flexibility to work with our schedule since we were closing on a house and sometimes closing can close. I was also very impressed by our technician Derek, he explained everything very well and was not a pushy salesman trying to push us to spend more, we appreciated his explanation and recommendations but also very much appreciated that he respected our decisions even if they didn't go with his recommendations, he didn't push any harder to try to get us to change our minds.

Peter was very polite, thoroughly explained things, and got the job done in a timely fashion. We had no trouble reaching someone and scheduling the service quickly. The price was reasonable.

Juan was very professional and courteous. He explained how Zerorez is different from the other cleaning companies out there and how the chemicals work. I was originally just going to have one livingroom cleaned, but after seeing how much nicer Zerorez made the carpet look I ended up having my whole house done. Juan did not mind taking the extra time to clean the rest of the house for us. Today when I was moving furniture back into place I could not believe how nice our carpets turned out, they look brand new!
