The gentleman that came out to our house was very knowledgeable, gave us his honest opinion, and didn't try to upsell us on items he didn't think we needed. He was willing to go step by step before telling us whether he thought we needed to do more. The house looks amazing!

Transformed our stairs from dirty appearing to fluffy and like new! Totally removed stain of unknown origin from light colored living room carpet!
Love the fact of NO soap residue and carpets stay clean longer :)

I was happy with 90% of the carpet cleaning, but there was a section in our bedroom that was soaking wet and it isn't totally dry on the third day. THe rest of carpets are dry except this section in the bedroom. I hope it doesn't mold.

Whatever products you use on carpet clean very well. We had some spots just from general everyday use but all spots came out wonderfully. We have used your services the last three years and all times your technicians were very knowledgable about the product and asked questions about the spots that were on carpet so he then knew what to apply to take care of them. The technicians are very professional acting.

Carpets took approximately 22 hours to dry! You would have received a "10" otherwise.
