The technician arrived on time and seemed to be competent. He did a walk-around before starting so we agreed on the number of vents, as that was the basis for the services. Made some reasonable recommendations. He was efficient. He did miss cleaning the "top side" of one vent.

The service and product. I like that when you are done the carpet doesn't feel sticky! It feels clean. The reps have always been professional and explain what they are doing and why. The young man that came to my house was very courteous & respectful. I am very happy with the results. It was very nice that he was able to get approval to charge me fore just 1 room carpet. I only have carpet in one room of my house. I was happy with the results. I liked that there was no offensive odor and the carpet was just damp. It dried good and after vacuuming it was nice and soft. You may use my first name only. First name removed
