The way the carpet feels
The lack of chemicals and how well trained Chris French was in all aspects of issues with carpeting.
This was the first time that we used ZEROREZ. Our carpet was cleaned very well and dark spots were removed without any problem. The carpet dried quicker than previous cleanings.There was no residue. Joe Rothleutner,Your service representative, did an excellent job. He was polite, knew his product very well,and was able to add on other services in a professional way, He was neat, dressed for business, and for someone very young, has a remarkable presence about him. You should do everything you can to encourage him to further his education, as young people like Joe are the future of our country.
John was punctual and accommodating. We have a 16 year old carpet, a son, and 2 cats. The carpet has never been professionally cleaned, was quite dirty and looked very run down. When he was done the house smelled clean (no chemical smell) and the carpet looks great. It totally changed how the living room and dinging room look. We are very happy with it. We added on the couch and are just as happy with that. That also was looking run down and had taken on the odor of years of spills and heavy use, and now looks new and smells fresh. It is so much more pleasant to be in both rooms.

A very professional technician came and cleaned the ducts in my house. Immediately there was a noticeable improvement in the air quality. This is very important, especially to my son, who had cancer and needs high quality air. I wish I could do it more often.
