The product does not leave a strong smell or crunchy feel which I love! It was also amazing at taking out the stains from our carpet. The dog pee smell, when treated in our living room, was gone! I do wish that the pee product wasn't so expensive as we were hoping to clean all three bedrooms but we couldn't afford the total cost of that service. Our technician was wonderful. Punctual, easy to understand, explained things very clearly, friendly, and problem solving are some of the characteristics I would use to describe him. If we use zerorez again in the future we would request to have him service our home again. He also recommended cleaning our air ducts which we are looking into.

Eric was wonderful and very professional! My carpet got cleaned and it smells fresh. The cons- The carpet feels like there is a residue. If I rub my hand on the carpet in a room that wasn't shampooed, I don't feel anything. If I rub my hand across the carpet that was cleaned by Zerorez it feels like my hand is sticky. I'm afraid that this is going to collect dirt and make my carpet dirtier faster. Also, I had a stain that Eric did a great job getting it out, but it was at the seam of the carpet. From scrubbing at it, it gave way and now the carpet is separated and going to need to be repaired.

My carpet was extremely soiled not only from day to day use, but also from anything and everything that 5 grandchildren under age 6 can spill. By the way, my carpet is very light in color. Amazingly, the stains were removed and the carpet cleaned as if it were new. I had a family get together and everyone commented on how good the carpet looked and were surprised Zerorez was able to get the stains out.
