The people that come to our house to clean the carpet are always very friendly, professional, and thorough. Our only slight disappointment this time was with scheduling. We were told we would be called 24 to 48 hours ahead of time with the time frame they would be coming to the house. This did not happen. When I called, someone in the office replied that someone did call us. Hmmm. Also, I gave them our landline number to call us and they used my cell phone number on the day of the scheduled cleaning. Please use the phone number we give you.

You do a good job and the technicians were friendly and helpful. All people I worked with were accommodating and professional. Care was taken with my rug and cleaning was as expected based the recommendation of a friend.

Josh was very polite and accommodating. He listened to my concerns about specific areas and addressed them. The carpets were dry within a few hours and even though they are 13 years old, looked like new...bright and clean.
