Personnel are careful around furniture and home items as they clean, respectful and helpful. Carpet always looks great , smells good. From initial contact to book to end of cleaning process is always seamless. Have used Zerorez many times, always are first choice. just to let you know that it is very annoying to me when I call for a pricing that I am told the. basic price and not the total price which includes waste water removal, taxes. So unless ask for the total price, I am led to believe the basic price is all I have to pay. I don't believe anyone likes to find out about additional costs when it's time to pay. Don't get me wrong, I am talking about when I call your office to make an appointment and am told the price.
