Carpet looks great, had some mystery stains, coffee, and melted chap stick. The guys were great, worked very hard and got the stains out. Both were very professional and easy to work with. Definitely wow!

Your technician, Duane, arrived promptly after calling to announce his arrival time. He was well dressed, courteous, and friendly. took care to cover his shoes before entering, and was very thorough with his questions regarding our cleaning requirements. He was very careful in the way he moved our furniture to maximize the carpet area for cleaning. He did an excellent job of stain removal and overall cleaning. When he was finished it looked like we had just installed new carpet. The cleaning agents used had no odor, and the cleaning process left us with dry carpets in just a few hours so we could replace our other furnishings in a timely manner. This was our second experience with Zerorez, and we will continue using your excellent service. We are 100% satisfied.

The Senior Technician was kind enough to go over your products/services again, the process you use, which is unique to the industry, and was very patient and kind to answer my questions. I feel they were exceptional, again very kind, considerate, very helpful regarding items still remaining in the room, yet they maintained a very professional posture and mannerism. I've used other companies/ services, however, I was dissatisfied because they were not able to get the stains out of my carpet (the carpet is white), and had an "oh well" attitude, in addition, whatever fragrance they used was too strong. Your products were able to do the job, the Technicians were very thorough, and whatever fragrance you used in the solution was very pleasant and mild - thank you!. Done very well & fast

Casey, from Zerorez, was very professional, knowledgeable, explained his procedures clearly, was efficient, and, very polite and pleasant on top of that ! Casey's work was thorough, and the carpeting and the furniture upholstery that he cleaned are now looking bright and almost new (considering they are well over ten years old !). Zerorez definitely has my recommendation.

Very professional man who did the work, polite and good work. I have to wait a few days to see if any of the deep down soil comes back, as it did when I had another rug cleaner.. I got the name of this company from my daughter in law who is very fussy, and happy with your company.
