I have used Zerorez twice now and both times we had knowledgeable, friendly staff who did a great job cleaning up our old carpet making it look a lot better! We were very pleased with the results and will use them again in the future!

Well just getting everything off the floor was the hardest step in the process. Once the zerorez person Josh who was able to come early and did an excellent job of cleaning. He dried the carpet in the office so I could get back to work. It was an awesome experience I will use Zerorez again and again. They did an amazing job and our carpet looks great. The only thing that irritated me a little was the fact that at the bottom of the stairs there is a landing and a distinct line that breaks the landing and the basement carpet. When cleaning the landing some of the basement carpet was cleaned and now it is visible how dirty the basement carpet is. Quite irritating due to the fact that I am not planning on cleaning the basement carpet. Great job just frustrating.

No residue left behind, the service was great, the employees who came to our house were very knowledgeable and extremely nice. They even discussed other items of concern and were knowledgeable on that as well. Extremely helpful!

Although the stains were not removed due to the age of the carpet, the cleaning left the carpeting clean and fresh and no crunchy residue.

We recently had to have Zerorez come back because there was a stain that popped up after the representative left the first time. For the rework, I couldn't be more happy. The stain is gone and it looks great. Chris did a wonderful job!

The carpet cleaner was amazing and professional. He was able to explain why the stains on our carpet appeared darker over time. In addition, he saved us an extra charge because he was able to run the cleaning hose through our 3rd story apartment window. We truly appreciated his honesty and helpful attitude! Our carpets look brand new!

Ryan and Matt were great guys - they know the product very well and were very personable. For the most part the carpet looks good, a few spots here and there.

Our carpet looked amazing after your service. Friendly, efficient, honest and a job well done.

Cleaned very well, the guy that came out was very friendly and accommodating. Always additional charges that maybe should be mentioned upfront, like the coating after cleaning to help remove potential stains. Ended up paying 300.00, versus 200.00 total that I was expecting.
