They work well and do not contain harsh chemicals. But what really sold me on Zerorez was the level of customer service. Justin Harris went above and beyond to take care of a pretty severe red wine stain on a highly noticeable part of the carpeting in our home. And he was so friendly!!

Thorough (as far as I could tell) and quick. The technician, Greg, was very nice and accommodating. I thought the price was high for my small townhouse though.

The air purifier. Hope it helps my allergies in the summer. The guys were very nice but not very neat ( furnace room covered in dirt Etc on floor) I would recommend you have them do some clean up afterwards as part of your service. One gentleman was not very careful while maneuvering with their rubber tube while cleaning the ducts and bringing in the ladder. I am glad we got it done however. Thank you

Fine rug cleaning has been fantastic!

We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past--and some did not do as good of a job as Zerorez. We have been using Zerorez consistently now due to quality of the cleaning.
The technician we had this time (Chris Watson) did a great job--and he was very professional and suggested or recommended many services or products. He wanted to make sure that we were aware of what might be available. He was friendly, upbeat, and did a quality cleaning job.

This guy was great! We had zerorez before and the carpet was crunchy and spotty so we weren't too sure on trying again. This guys was wonderful.

Steve was punctual, well groomed in uniform with a pleasant demeanor. Services and recommendations explained and offered without a sense of pressure to buy. Overall great customer service. We also liked the fact that drying time was not long. I would try and keep the guy if I were you. It's hard to find quality people for customer service.

Shane not only did a great job cleaning our carpets, but was also very personable and helpful to work with! We were very pleased!

Quick and thorough work - good outcome

Robert first called to see if it was possible to come early because he finished his last appointment. Phil told him that was perfectly OK. He arrived and had all of the standard customer service attributes: friendly, conscientious, courteous, efficient, professional, personable, and knowledgeable (just to name what quickly came to mine).

He said an invoice would be emailed to us. I did not see it attached to this e-mail.

We like that you don't use chemicals and do a good job.

Our carpet dried very quickly with no residue left. There was no strong odor. Our Zerorez service professional was very courteous and thorough. He took care of all of our spots and did a great job! Highly recommend!
