Have been using Zerorez for awhile now. This time I had just had them out and then over the holiday got a coffee spill and they came out for a reduced cost and got the stain out. Thank you!!

Dustin and Matt G did a great job. They called and asked if they could come early as their previous job was finished early. I understand how that can happen because Jerry found a bit of asbestos when he came out earlier in the week on Monday. Jerry provided a resource for the asbestos abatement. I was able to get that remediated on Wednesday; Dustin and Matt come back to do the vent job on Friday. They were finished before they were even due to arrive! Took about 1.5 hours to clean, I have 17 duct vents. They did a great job of getting the equipment in and out of the house with as little door opening as possible in the -4F outdoor temps. I have not had a forced air system for 30 years and they were happy to suggest a washable filter and showed me how to insert it. He did a great job, covered his shoes, the carpet looks great, the carpet was easy to dry, he was polite and efficient. Also my dogs liked him. The cost was not too expensive.

Kevin Klett the person who cleaned the carpets was respectful, informative, thorough and careful. He did a terrific job, explained why some of my traffic areas still looked the way they did. I like that no chemicals were used to leave residue and it dried in less than 24 hours with some help from electric floor fans.

That you don't use harsh chemicals

Printed materials explaining the products used at the time of service with prices.Types of water.... treatment names and ingredients... Very confusing and uncomfortable feeling of pressure to buy on site when it's verbalized by tech.... $129 turns into $400 just like that....

Carpet gets very clean. Service person makes sure all issues addressed. Like that they wear covers over their shoes. Billy was great - very professional and friendly!
