The man that came to the house was very nice & did a great job.
The service I got on the telephone (3times) was unacceptable. I told them from day one that I wanted the tech to come in daylight hours, so I could see how the job came out. I was never satisfied with their answers & I don't believe customer service was important.
The gentleman who came out was very friendly and professional. He explained everything and gave us options without a high pressure sales pitch. We enjoyed visiting with him and having him in our home.

Our technician Thoua was great about explaining the best methods to ensure success with the cleaning. We moved into a house that had horrible carpets on the stairs & we thought we would have to replace them. Thoua was able to get them cleaner than I ever thought possible!!! And there was no chemical soapy smell during or after the process.
