The individual I believe his name was Randy did a great job my problem is that he was by himself and he was in training and the person that was supposed to be the train or sat in the band sleeping the job was well done but could have been done much quicker if he would have had this supervisor helping.

Products seem very Earth and people friendly. All I smell from the cleaning process is the scent of natural oranges. Alex and his co-worker were polite, informative and worked effectively and efficiently.No pressure to buy more than I asked for in services. We are very pleased.

The crew members at Zerorez are amazing!! My dog recently passed away and we needed some cleanup of our carpets. I sent an email and they responded within 24 hours and were super nice and knowledgeable for what type of services i would need to thoroughly clean my carpet and make sure we didn't have any reoccurring odor or stain issues. I had 2 techs come to my house and they did an amazing job! Super friendly, professional and efficient.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpet 3 times. Each time the employees have been professional and yet approachable and helpful. The results are always amazing but this year excelled them all. The same carpets were cleaned but these are the best they have ever looked. We hope we can have this same employee again.

For one the convenience of it. We are always able to get an appointment that meets our timeframe. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the service they are performing. Secondly, the results. We had many stains on our carpet and I was sure they would not come out, but to my surprise they are gone. My carpet looks FANTASTIC!

I like how we were able to call you guys on the weekend and schedule the cleaning for the following week. I have used zeroes in the past and would use it again for pet stains. For just everyday carpet cleaning it is priced higher than others. Peter was great! Took his time and explained things well.
