Mark arrived ahead of schedule to clean my carpeting (which included 3 half flights of stairs). He was professional very personable, and extremely accommodating. He completed the task at hand in just over an hour and asked me if there were any areas he had cleaned that I felt needed more attention. He attended to one small additional area I had not initially anticipated as needing cleaning. In short, the result was better than I had thought possible and I would gladly call Zerorez again for any work in my home!
