Personable technicians, excellent work
No chemicals, honest, polite and hardworking cleaners, and they show up when they say they willbe there. Carpets look like new after cleaning, good value. Alexander Just worked very hard at cleaning up a pet mess. He wasn't satisfied until he got all the smell up, requiring a second (or maybe third pass).
I have used Zerorez multiple times and will continue to be a repeat customer!
The carpets looked new and smelled fresh and clean and the serviceman Chris was pleasant and explained everything that he was doing and assured me that if I wasn't satisfied you would do what you could to remedy it.

It was obvious from the minute Josh, I believe that is who cleaned our carpet, walked in the house that he had been well trained and had taken advantage of that training. He was pleasant, helpful and explained the entire cleaning process in an informed and professional manner. He did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, taking care to protect the corners and keeping out the cold air with the curtain he put up.
The cleaning product worked well, getting the carpet and love seat clean.
I would happily use Zerorez again and request Josh.

We bought a house with very old dirty carpeting, the technician came in and spotted the areas of concern, spent the rest of the time cleaning. I didn't time him but I know he was there less than an hour cleaning and the carpet looks great. I am very happy!

Seemed like a good price. I was offered other options/upgrades, but did not feel pressured. It was done quicker than I had expected. I was kept informed during the process.
The Tech was friendly and did a very good job.
The tech was very detailed and very nice, and it dries quick, although the stains I had in living room (wine and coffee) did come back he told me if it did to call them within 30 days.
Due to weather etc, our appointment needed to be rescheduled. Everyone at Zerorez has always been so professional... both the technicians and all the behind the scenes operations people, so we were happy we could accommodate.
Our carpets needed some serious attention and we are more than happy with the results.
