Joshua was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and was not aggressive about buying other services. He pretreated the problem spots and the spots came up. He was very friendly and courteous. I had stairs that were very dirty and they look great. I had white carpet in my bedroom and the spots came up. I was very impressed overall.
Last time I had you guys come out to my house it took a few days for my carpets to dry and the tech didn't do a very good job.

One thing I don't like. I have a large area rug in my living room. I like to have it cleaned as part of the three room promotion. I'm now told policy is changed and this will not be allowed. After having used Zerorez for many years at my home and my business, I will consider another vendor who will do the cleaning in my home.
