The cleaning "worked." Technician Caleb McCabe is an excellent representative for Zerorez. He arrived early, was polite, neat and informative. He took pride in his work by explaining what he was doing and showing us the results. Convinced us to purchase more services than we had intended too but based on his work and the results, believe it is a good investment.

The guy who came out was wonderful. The carpets look great. The lady on the phone who I reached out to for more information wasn't the nicest but maybe it was just a bad day for her. All around I am happy and satisfied.
